Publication of Notifications
Simple, modern call for tender and procurement processes.
Under the terms of clause 3 of VwV Ausschreibungsdienst (an administrative regulation pertaining to tender services), state and municipal awarding authorities in the Free State of Saxony are obliged to publish notifications of their calls for tender and public contract awarding competitions (under the terms of VOB, VOL und VOF (German public procurement law)) in the "Sächsisches Ausschreibungsblatt" (the Saxon Tender Gazette).
Notifications are published on the Vergabe24.de tender platform and in the Saxon Tender Gazette. Under the terms of clause 3.d) of VwV Ausschreibungsdienst, a notification only takes effect once it has been published on Vergabe24.de.
Where required, we are able to forward your notifications to other official tender services and the Official Journal of the European Union for publication.
