Official announcements in the Free State of Saxony
The Sächsisches Amtsblatt is the official publication medium of the Saxon state chancellery for official announcements of the Saxon state government and state ministries, the Saxon regional administrative authorities, the counties, towns and communities and other authorities and corporate bodies.
In the supplement “Official Index” for the Sächsisches Amtsblatt, legal regulations, statutes and announcements of institutes, corporate bodies and foundations under public law which are under the supervision of the Free State of Saxony, official or compulsorily prescribed announcements of courts or legally appointed administrators and also of societies and associations, job advertisements, sales announcements, references to events or notices about examination dates and other announcements of state authorities and other public agencies without official character are published.
The supplements for the Sächsisches Amtsblatt “Ministerial Gazette of the Saxon State Ministry of Culture” and “Ministerial Gazette of the Saxon State Ministry of Finance” contain further official information of these two state ministries. Other important official information is announced in offprints.
The Sächsisches Amtsblatt with the supplement “Official Index” appears weekly. The supplements “Ministerial Gazette of the Saxon State Ministry of Culture” and “Ministerial Gazette of the Saxon State Ministry of Finance” appear monthly. Offprints are published as decided by the publisher.
